I just wanted to say that portion watch will return as I collect more and more photos of deceiving portions and their insane calorie amounts. I believe it is very important to make people aware of just how much they are eating. It is very easy to be unaware of the insane caloric, fat, sodium, sugar... contents of the foods we eat. It is also very easy to eat what is in front of you instead of what constitutes a healthy portion.
